The first class traditional ruler of Farin Ruwa Development Area of Wamba local government died on Monday at the National Hospital Abuja after a brief illness and was buried according to Islamic rites in his hometown of Wamba.

His Excellency, Silas Ali Agara, Deputy Governor, Nasarawa State who was among sympathizers present at the burial described the late Monarch as a father, friend, mentor and God-fearing who has touched the lives of many in diverse ways.

Some prominent dignitaries that attended the funeral were members of the Nasarawa State Traditional Council led by HRH the Emir of Keffi Alhaji (Dr) Shehu Usman Chindo Yamusa IIl, APC Governorship Candidate Engr. Abudullahi Sule ,and Sen. Solomon Ewuga among hundreds of sympathizers

Prayers were offered for the repose of the deceased as Traditional Rulers came out in their numbers to grieve with one of their own. Praying for forgiveness for his sins and for his soul to find peace.

The Gom Mama who ascended to the throne on the 22nd February , 2016. is the fourth Nasarawa state 1st Class Traditional Ruler to pass away within a span of 4 months namely the Emir of Awe, Emir of Nasarawa, Emir of Lafia.
