His Excellency Umaru Tanko Almakura called on the people of Keana to continue to with their peaceful nature as it will be their legacy when they will be called upon, reminding them from everything is preordained, from God we come and to him we shall all return.
Governor Almakura made this known when he led a high powered delegation for a condolence visit to the Osana of Keana and the family of late Alhaji Usman Aboki who pasted away recently .
Eulogizing the late Usman Aboki for the virtues he represent in the society, the Governor said the deceased left indelible mark in the sands of time. He urged his family, the Keana Chiefdom and the entire people of Keana to see the death of the Usman Aboki as a natural phenomenon, reminding them that all mortals will one day give up the ghost.
The Governor also urged them to pray for the deceased and sustain his legacy of an individual who is peaceful, just and fearful. Stating the loss was not just that of Keana alone , but of the State and the nation.
Appreciating Gov. Almakura for identifying with the Keana people in their moments of grief, Osana of Keana, Abdullahi Amigwa Agbo the third, explained that the death Usman Aboki is colossal as it affects the beyond Keana and Nasarawa State.
Thanking the Governor for taking time to come condole them in the grief of the loss of their brother, praying that he and all those that came with him receive the bless for their associating with them at this time.
The condolence visit by the Governor coincided with visit of the National leader of Izalatu Bid'a Waikamatu Sunnah, Ustaz Bala who also led his encouraged to the condolence visit, just as he prayed for the repose of Late Usman Aboki.
Governor Umaru Tanko Almakura later paid similar visit to the family of the deceased in Keana where he enjoined them to seek solace in God.
