EASTER: GOVERNOR ABDULLAHI A. SULE FELICITATES WITH CHRISTIANS, CALLS FOR LOVE AND PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE
The Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi A. Sule rejoices with our Christian brothers and sisters in Nasarawa State and the country at large on the occasion of the 2021 Easter festivities.
Governor Sule expressed appreciation to God for the gift of life and the opportunity of another celebration as well as for the relative peace in the state.
He said “the period of Easter is one for deeper reflection and a time for all to rededicate to the service of God and love to humanity.”
He further urges all “Christians in the state not to loose sight of the reason for the celebration, and to strive to emulate the virtues of Christ.”
Engr. Sule calls for peaceful coexistence between Christians and people of other faiths, insisting “it is the fundamental ingredient for our collective growth and development as a state and a nation.”
The Governor also urges adherence to the Covid 19 advisory as a safe guard against the Corona virus while reiterating his government’s resolve to deploy every resource necessary to the security of lives and property.
Governor Abdullahi Sule wishes all the good people of Nasarawa state a peaceful and rewarding Easter celebration.
