Governor Abdullahi Sule’s Aide Akashe Ari Donates Educational Materials To GSS. Doma North.

A numbers of school desks and learning materials has been donated to government secondary school Doma North in Doma Local Government Area

The gesture was courtesy Special Assistant to the Nasarawa state Governor, Hon Akashe Abdullahi Ari

The Special Assistant to the Governor, Akashe Abdullahi Ari explained that he decided to donates school desk and learning materials to Doma North Secondary School as part of his humanitarian support and contributions to the development of education sector in the area.

According to him, Education is key to Nation building hence the need for the gesture to complement the effort of the state Governor Engr Abdullahi Sule in uplifting the standard of education in the state.and called on the benefiting school to ensure judicious of the material’s.

Contributing, chairman Doma local government council Archetect Ahmed Sarki Usman who spoke through Sadiq Ibrahim, Special Assistant to the Governor on Media and Publicity, Abdullahi Amwe, and Yakubu Adamu Wuse monitoring and evaluation officer Doma Area Office commended the donor for his support to the development of education in Doma and management of the school for organizing extra curriculum programme to students to show case their cultural heritage.

They reemphasized the importance of the programme to the development of education sector maintaining that it also provided opportunity for unity of purpose among students, staff and members of the community and called for its sustainace.

Earlier, principal government Secondary school Doma North Amina Yahaya appreciated the effort of the Donor ( Akashe Abdullahi Ari) and pledged to ensure judicious use of the materials to complement the huge investment of government in the educational development.
